Welcome to Regenemm Voice. This guide walks you through capturing your first consultation, reviewing AI-generated documentation, and exporting notes to your clinical system.
Quick Start Overview
Getting productive with Regenemm Voice takes about 15 minutes:
- Account setup (2 min) — Configure your preferences
- First capture (5 min) — Record a consultation
- Review & approve (5 min) — Check AI-generated documents
- Export (3 min) — Send to your clinical system
1. Account Setup
Configure Your Profile
- Log in to Regenemm Voice at
app.regenemm.com - Navigate to Settings → Profile
- Complete your details:
- Full name (appears on documents)
- Provider number
- Specialty
- Practice details
Set Your Preferences

2. Capturing Your First Consultation
Patient Consent
Before recording:
- Explain — "I use an AI assistant to help with clinical documentation. It records our conversation and generates notes for review."
- Consent — Obtain verbal or written consent per your practice policy
- Record — Consent status is logged in the system
Starting a Recording
- Open Regenemm Voice on your device
- Select or create the patient encounter
- Tap Start Consultation
- Place device where it can capture conversation clearly
- Conduct your consultation naturally
During the Consultation
Tips for best results:
- Speak clearly and at normal pace
- State key information explicitly (medications, dosages, instructions)
- Don't worry about "perfect" language—the AI handles natural conversation
- You can pause/resume if needed
Ending the Recording
- Tap End Consultation
- Wait for processing (typically 30-60 seconds)
- Documents will appear for review
3. Reviewing AI-Generated Documentation

Review Workflow
- Read through each document
- Edit any inaccuracies (click to modify)
- Flag sections needing attention (if any)
- Approve when satisfied
What to Check
- Patient details correct
- History accurately captured
- Assessment reflects your clinical judgement
- Plan matches what you discussed
- Medications/dosages accurate
Making Edits
- Click any section to edit
- Use keyboard shortcuts for efficiency:

4. Exporting to Your Clinical System

FHIR Export (Recommended)
If your practice uses Best Practice, Medical Director, or another FHIR-compatible system:
- Navigate to Settings → Integrations
- Select your clinical system
- Complete connection setup
- Documents sync automatically after approval
Manual Export
- Click Export on approved document
- Select format (PDF, Word, or plain text)
- Download or send via secure email
- Upload to your clinical system
5. First 5 Consultations Checklist
Use this checklist for your first week:
Consultation 1
- Explain AI documentation to patient
- Obtain consent
- Complete full consultation recording
- Review all generated documents
- Make at least one edit to familiarise with interface
- Approve and export

- Try a different patient type (acute vs. chronic)

Troubleshooting
